Here are a few of my favourite blue products that  like to wear to change or update any outfit... (sorry for the picture quality but the shine kept reacting with the camera)

Are you a blue fan? What's your favourite blue product?
Hope you enjoy beauties :)

Colour Club: Alter Ego Reveal Your Mystery Collection

Hello, Lovelies.

I'm a massive nail polish fan and I have a huge collection, I juts can't resist all of the pretty colours that are available. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I was when I came across this collection in my local TK Maxx. Available for £7.99 usually retailing at around £30

I bought the light version although there was also a glitter version and a dark version but I thought the shades in this one were more wearable. The shades are:
903 Get a clue - a bright cool toned pink
904 Revealed - a muted orange/ bright peach
905 Incognito - a pale grey colour with a slight hint of blue
906 Secret Rendezvous - a more muted version of get a clue with a cool hint of blue
907 Sheer Disguise - very pale pinky peach colour with a slight hint of peach gold and pink shimmer
908 Give me a hint - blue toned mint green colour
Milky White Basecoat

I'm so pleased I found this as I normally had them shipped over from the USA which was starting to get really expensive. I'll definitely be trawling the shelves of TK Maxx more often :)

Have you tried any of these polishes? What's your favourite shade? Let me know beauties :)

Summer body Mission: Week 2

Its that time again... I've been working really hard this week to get in the right frame of mind to be able to change my lifestyle. Honestly, it's not been a walk in the park.

I've fallen off the wagon a bit this week. But in all honesty, who wouldn't eat themselves into a chocolate coma at easter?! However, I have been compensating with doing an hour of Zumba on the Kinect every night so I don't feel as guilty about eating all of them easter eggs.

I'll post again in a weeks time to let you know how I'm getting on. I promise I'll be better next week!

Colourful April! Pink Pizazz!

Hello, Lovelies.

I'm fed up of this dark and gloomy weather we've been having in the UK recently so I thought I'd try and brighten it up with a splash of colour here and there.

So today I'm going to be focusing on pink. TaDah! A colour that suits everyone, whatever the skin tone, hair colour etc...

Here's a few of my pink products that I think cheer up the gloomy weather and definitely make me smile. Remember, Pink doesn't have to be paired with white or other pinks, clash it with other colours such as blues and greens for the on trend colour blocking look.

Hope you enjoy lovelies, lots more colourful April to come soon.

Kiss False Eyelashes

In a recent haul post here I showed you my bargain eyelashes from Kiss. I've finally got round to actually wearing them and I have to say I'm honestly in two minds about them.

I don't really want to moan about them considering the price I paid for them but they didn't do what they claimed. Don't get me wrong, the eyelashes themselves were amazing and I have worn them so much and had so many compliments about them.

My issue with them came with the application of them. These claim to be "5 times faster and easier" because of the applicator strings. Honestly, they should be renamed "5 times faster and slower". I seriously could have thrown these out of the window. When you use the applicator strings, they twist the eyelashes so they loose their shape. You also can't cut them down to size because of the strings.

I decided enough was enough and I ripped out the strings and just applied them using my normal bog standard tweezers and hey presto they were on my eyes within seconds. So why the need for the strings?!

Have you tried these lashes? Can you see the point of the applicator strings? Let me know Lovelies :)

OCC Lip Tar Dupe - Sleek Pout Paint

I've always wanted some OCC Lip Tars but the rather expensive price tag and the fact that they aren't widely available in the UK has put me off a little (I probably will get some soon though).
However, as you all know, Sleek has a range of lip products that are he perfect duplicate for the lip tars. Retailing at £4.99 and a nice amount of colours available these are a great alternative.

The formula of these is amazing, not drying on your lips perfectly pigmented and makes your lips look so luscious. You only need the tiniest amount to cover your lips, just like the lip tars so these little beauties are going to last you a hell of a long time. Just like the lip tars they can be mixed to create your own unique shade.

I love these and will definitely be buying more of them very very soon. The colour I have is "Minx" a soft peachy pink colour thats perfect for a nude lip.
Do you have a good alternative for Lip Tars? Love these Pout Paints? Let me know Lovelies
