Halloween Look #2 Dark and Smokey

Halloween is the best time of year to experiment with makeup in my opinion. However, if you're not into the whole fancy dress thing then going to a party when everyone else is dressed like ghouls and goblins alike, you can feel a bit like the outsider. Trust me, I've been there! I thought I would show you an alternative to plastering your face with false blood and face paint and use what you might already have in your collection.

For this look, I thought that a dark and sultry look with a little something extra was the best idea, and I'm super pleased with how it turned out. This still brings in the stereotypical Halloween aspect but with an extra glam factor. Here's the look...

The products that I use were:

UD Primer Potion
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Timeless Black
UD Crave Eyeshadow (from Naked Basics Palette) I used this to set the cream base and to exaggerate my brows
UD Zero 24/7 Liner
BellaPierre Eye Shimmer Pigment in Calm
Amazing Shine Eyelashes in 143

I'm super pleased with how this makeup look turned out. It's not your traditional halloween look, but it's perfect for those who don't want to go move very out of the comfort zone. I will definitely be wearing this at some point this month! It's also relatively easy to do as it has very minimal products and is is just a take on a regular smokey eye.

What is your staple Halloween look?
